I dont have sure ok?
I ONLY prefer super su and think that magisk drain more battery.
I tried AICP and it was ok with Magisk, then after 5-6 days the phone wont go to deep sleep, then I tried with Supersu, at the beginning was everything fine, and also after 1 week wont phone go to deep sleep. What I did was reboot the recovery, and wiped dalvik/cache, after wipe was again everything ok. Then it came back again after a week, so I did again wipe dalvik/cache, i dont know what this caused, but I want a rom which is multilanguage and there are no problems, Stock I hate so much, now Im on Flyme by SiyanG, 3 days without problems till now. I hope it will stay in this level. when not im ready to sell my ZUK.

I guess you had the wrong basic installation.

Flash 1.9 with qfil
update with OTA to latest 2.5.435
unlock bootloader
install twrp 3.1.0.0 from German part of forum here
format dalvik, cache and data
install AICP
install nano gapps from Opengapps.org

then boot and enjoy a stable AICP.

Dont blame the rom when not using that install routine ;)

No matter what I do, I am also having battery drain on AICP 12.1, actually on any custom ROMs based on Nougat. I am tired of charging my phone twice a day though I use it economically.

For me battery is ok, I get between 4 and 7h sot. Less sot with Spotify without wifi, more when I have wifi most of the time. I play also games from time to time and heavy use of what'sapp :)

Have you tried to clear cache of Google play store and play services?

With Magisk just install the Greenify4Magisk modulus, or using the SuperSU with Greenify, which greatly improves the battery drain in the AICP that is high even compared to RR-N or Lineage 13.

Plus, RR-N has the notification LED bug and Lineage 13 has problems with Facebook videos.

Waiting still the perfect rom :(

I use Greenify with root privilege, mostly I don't let any apps run on background without my permission. I can say on battery menu everything seems fine. What I also doubt is the problem may stem from weak cellular signals that consume more power but again I didn't have such problems with exactly the same settings. Anyway, I will charge up fully today and leave the phone idle to see how much of battery it consumes without any interference.

Today there have the ZUK all the day in my pocket and have drain as you see in attached image.

I remove Chrome and dont have drain anymore. See the difference in the same image.

I cant belive that is Chrome the reason.

And I have all the tags closed in Chrome.
