Hi mates,

I will add kernels of @YaroST12 here, beginning with latest available.

Yaro stopped development as he sold his device. Anyway latest kernel is really good and better than stock kernel

F1xy 1.15 FINAL:
https://mega.nz/#!AYxzAK5J!94scFTK-LstHsyJimA7-mKAFlz5XIpkt6UWinBnHeOQ

ChangeLog by @YaroST12
## Final build ##
1. Rebased over new CAF sources for 8996.
2. Removed underclock.
3. Improved cpu boosting driver.
4. Improved cpu frequency scaling (ratelimited to once per 10ms)
5. Fixed many bugs and memory leaks.
6. Improved vibration driver, device will no longer vibrate when recording a video.
7. Added BFQ ioscheduler (CFQ is still default)
8. Removed a bunch of broken thermal sensors.
9. Reduced logspam.

This is a re-release of 1.15, that was slightly bugged because of my stupidity.
This build should be fine.

Flash at your own risk. I'm using it with ArrowOS and AEX.

I've read up on this some and read good things about this kernel. I am however kind of hesitant to try it on the latest AEX on my z2 pro. I know flashing a kernel isn't a big deal but i haven't found a way online to revert back to older kernel beside restoring a backup i guess? is there a way to, for example, revert back to AEX kernel ifyou encounter a bug or major issue on a custopm kernel besides restoring or reflashing the entire rom?

you can take the kernel (boot.img) out of the AEX install package and flash it with twrp to boot partition to get back stock AEX kernel.
But I guess you won't revert after flashing F1XY 1.15 FINAL

Hmm i will try this some time then. Will an update of AEX overwrite this kernel, or will an update leave it in tact?

it should work with any Pie Rom but you may test it by yourself. Actual stock ArrowOS kernel is already good to go. I guess also RR kernel is good already.
Anyway: just test it and let us know ;)

You have better battery drain than Android 8?
for Z2 Pro I get over 5 hours SoT and less standby drain with DualSim, wifi and bluetooth on. I'm using my phone. No extra power saving usage.
Actually using ArrowOS with stock ArrowOS kernel. Good to go.
