Hello, Im not the best at this but I got a ZUK Z1 from aliexpress and it has malware and spyware on it.

All I want to do is wipe it away flash the official OTA compatible ZUI rom. Google store I will install myself.

    I have two problems though:

    1. where can i get real stock fastboot rom?
    2. which software will can I use to flash the fastboot rom?

I dont need/want TWRP or root anything else. Im simple like that :)

If you want a stock rom and don't want to use twrp, then you will have to use QFIL flashing of the official chinese rom on this forum.
I'm personally using twrp version of Zui 2.3. It runs Marshmallow and is working great. I didn't stick with Zui 2.5 with Nougat because gapps are not working correctly and the battery is much better on 2.3.
You can also go to the original factory CyanogenOS with QFIL rom, but it uses Android 5.1.1. It works quite well though.
If you need any help or clarification, let me know.
