ZUK Z2 PRO OREO cannot access permissions manager

After flash recovery update to OREO every time I try to access the permission manager (settings -> security and privacy -> permissions) or to manage the permissions of a specific app (settings -> advanced settings -> applications -> [enter any app] -> permission manager) I get kicked out to the previous screen. That means I cannot modify any permission of any app.

Have some of you had the same issue and could fix it?

I'd like a workaround trick to avoid re-flashing with QFIL from ROM 1.9 again please.

I'm waiting for official stable OREO before doing QFIL tedious process again.

Thanks for your understanding!

Note my bootloader is still locked and I'm not rooted so cannot use a rooted app to edit permissions.

Cleaning SafeCenter data and cache isn't helping unfortunately.

I don't use morelocale2 to tweak ROM languages. I use English stock ROM.

Again with this? There is not any workaround trick if your rom is buggy.
I already told you how to fix it but the laziness dont let you do it (sorry to be so frank)

even if you wait for the official version, I'm sure this problem will remain.

The latest oreo version is pretty much stable, you guys that dont install it properly then came here complaining that it isnt stable
